Personalized, one-on-one planning:  Each Wedding reception we do is
a unique event.  Our entertainment is customized to meet
your needs
and expectations.

For
any event we do, we come prepared.  We will spend hours at home
in our office planning for your reception...  so when your big day is
finally here...  everything goes off without a hitch!!

Upon booking our services, you will receive our personalized Wedding
Reception Planner to help create the itinerary for your party.

We will sit down together and talk about what you want and what you
don't want.   Using our planner we will work with you to plan all
the details of your reception to your specifications.

We will do your reception the right way, the way
you want it done!

We will give you the personal attention you need to help create
the Wedding Day you have always envisioned.

Master Of Ceremonies:  Making introductions and any
announcements you wish to keep you and your guests informed
of as the night goes on.  Also your...

1) Music for Cocktail Hour
2) Bridal Party introductions
3) Prayer before dinner
4) Wireless microphones for toasts by Best Man and/or Maid of Honor
5) Music for Dinner
6) Music for the Cake Cutting ceremony
7) Bride and Groom's first dance

Reception Coordinators: We coordinate the evening with all
your Wedding reception vendors including your caterer,
photographer, videographer, and any other vendor to
make certain that your reception runs smoothly.

Time Managers: We will watch the clock so you don't have to.
You can just have fun and enjoy your reception with
your family and friends!

And of course, your DJ's!!!   We have an extensive library of music
from 50's to Rock to Hip-Hop to Country to the current Billboard Top 10
to entertain your guests of all ages.  We will gladly accommodate any special
requests given prior to your reception and we will also take requests from your
guests throughout the evening.  We can be as interactive or as laid back as you
want us to be!  With over 13 years experience of doing Weddings and other
events we know what to play, when to play it, and how to keep you and
your guests out on the dance floor and having fun!





We are available to answer any questions you may have for us.
All phone calls and emails are answered promptly, professionally and
courteously.  We are also happy to meet with you in person as many
times as you would like.  There are no limits to our consultations.
We aim to please our clients.


Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive a signed contract
guaranteeing
our services for your Wedding Day and our detailed Wedding Reception
Planner to offer suggestions and help plan your reception.  All of this we
will discuss in person at our planning/consultation meeting(s).


Most receptions we do consist of 5 to 6 hours of music:
1 hour for the 'Cocktail Hour', 1 hour for dinner,
and 3 to 4 hours of music for your cake cutting, bouquet toss,
dollar dance, open dancing, etc. but we are available
for any amount of time you would need us for.
